AwaazPro is published by Natural Devs. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
In the app
- Open AwaazPro.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
It happens at once, and the app signs you out.
By email, without the app
Write to admin@awaazpro.com with the subject "Delete my AwaazPro account", from the email address of the Google account you signed in with, so we know the request is yours. We delete the account and reply to confirm, within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address, profile photo link and account IDs.
- Your notification token and the record of where the app was installed from.
- Your subscription is cancelled, so nothing more is charged.
What is kept
- Payment records (amounts, dates and Razorpay references), which Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires. They no longer contain your name, email address, IP address or device details.
On your phone
Your phrases, your PIN and your history were only ever on your phone. Uninstall AwaazPro, or clear its data in Android's settings, to remove them.
